She is also one of the co-founders of Sustainable Mill Valley, working to shape sustainable public policy in her home town. Formerly a Vice President and Senior Consultant for 5 years with Drake Beam Morin, the industry leader in career transition consulting, Marie's professional background also includes 10 years on Wall St. in a variety of executive line and staff positions including operations management, strategic planning, training and development, and product management. Marie is the author of "Balance: The Ultimate Challenge of the 21st Century" published by Berrett-Koehler in a collection of essays entitled When the Canary Stops Singing: Women's Perspectives on Transforming Business.
